Good morning,
I have an ongoing issue that I'm going to see if anyone can help me with.
Often times when I'm working in IM a big large white box will appear, and there is NO working around it.
No matter what I'm in the middle of, I have to close out of 1WorldSync and start all over.
I've attached a picture of what I'm referring to.
I would love any input.
Thanks in advance!

Thank so much for looking into this.
On my specific incidents, there isn't any common denominator that I've noticed. It just randomly pops up and when it does there's no getting around it. I do know that when you move the mouse over it, it will still give you the hand so you can click on it, but you don't know what you're clicking on.

Good afternoon team!
The issue of the frozen image just happened while updating an item and I took a screen shot, which is attached. Every time this happens, I have to quit out and log back in.
Thanks!

That's the same thing I get, but mine doesn't have the black lines through it. It's solid white.

Hello @nancyVigo & @A_Flower,
The white box appears when hovering over the image.
If you encounter it again, try clicking on the image in either the carousel or the main view—the white box should disappear. There's no need to log out and back in.
Sometimes, this happens when the cursor moves too quickly over the image.
Let us know if you experience any further issues!

No, that does not work. It basically hijacks the whole screen. There is no getting around it without logging out and then back in.
Thanks!

Hello @A_Flower,
IT has been informed of this issue, and it appears to be related to your browser.
I recommend using Microsoft Edge, as I haven’t encountered this issue there.
You might also try a different browser to see if that resolves the problem.

I'll try Edge the next time and see how that works.
Thanks!
