Item Management is not responding to Item Data, Worklist etc

Hello @JRB, thanks for continuing the use the community and we are very sorry to hear about the issues you were encountering. Can you please let us know if it was a loading issue or if you were receiving certain error messages, please?
For general loading issues, we can suggest retarting Item Management and, potentially clearing the browser cache and history, along with restarting the browser, every couple of weeks. Thanks.
