Technical issues in IM

Good morning,

I have an ongoing issue that I'm going to see if anyone can help me with.

Often times when I'm working in IM a big large white box will appear, and there is NO working around it.

No matter what I'm in the middle of, I have to close out of 1WorldSync and start all over.

I've attached a picture of what I'm referring to.

I would love any input.

I have reviewed your request, and there have not been any similar reports regarding this issue in Item Management. We recommend that you try clearing your browsing history and cache memory. This can help ensure that the browser runs Item Management smoothly and minimizes any potential glitches.

@A_Flower and @Theo, I've had a similar issue, but not with white boxes.  Sometimes, if I accidentally hover over the image on the page, the large image will stay on there and, like @A_Flower, I have to close out 1WS and start again. ðŸ¤”

I've also had that issue.

Hello, can you clarify any specific action, like hovering over the image in the carousel, clicking somewhere, etc that is reliably producing the white box?

@CommunityJedi22, on my end, it might just be an accidental hovering over the main image, not the carousel.  It doesn't happen often, but it has happened enough times to be an issue since I do have to close the browser, clear my browsing data, then log on again.
