CIC999 500.311 - If 'quantity of layers per pallet', 'number of units per layer in a non-GTIN pallet

Hello,

I am having issues when trying to publish items to 8717732000001 Etos en Gall & Gall, target market Netherlands at case level.

I have entered data at case level for Non-GTIN Pallet as we do not use barcodes for pallets and have received the below warning message for all of the products:

'500.311 - If 'quantity of layers per pallet', 'number of units per layer in a non-GTIN pallet', 'quantity of trade items per pallet', 'non-GTIN logistics unit height' and/or 'non-GTIN logistics unit gross weight' is used, then fill out the other fields as well.'

Can you advise what 'other fields' I need to complete for items to resolve the CIC message?

Hello @Davina

Welcome to the customer community Thanks for reaching out.

When the Non-GTIN TI/HI information is populated, the attribute called ''Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity'' also needs to be added please.

''Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity'' equals TI multiplied by HI please.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Hi Eva,

I have populated that information already for all of the products and the CIC message was the message I posted originally.

I am slightly perplexed as I'm not sure what additional fields are required at case level for Non-Gtin information  - we have 55 products successfully syncronised previously without issue.

Hi @Davina and thank you for the follow-up and additional information provided.

After checking the referenced GTINs, we can confirm the nonGTIN Ti, Hi and Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity attributes are added correctly. We can therefore recommend reaching out to the retailer directly to understand if there is anything else they require for the hierarchy information, please, as the information provided now is so far added correctly. Thank you.
