Technical issues in IM

Good morning,

I have an ongoing issue that I'm going to see if anyone can help me with.

Often times when I'm working in IM a big large white box will appear, and there is NO working around it.

No matter what I'm in the middle of, I have to close out of 1WorldSync and start all over.

I've attached a picture of what I'm referring to.

I would love any input.

it happens when i when i try to quickly delete the attached assets in a GTIN.  its annoying to close out and start again....

When I had both white boxes yesterday, the one towards the bottom was because i had hovered over the image on the home page. Sometimes you don't even need to hover, just going across the image will make the box appear.

I've also had an issue when I'm trying to click and drag images to the download box. If I don't get the image in the exact right place the image will take over the whole screen and then, again, I have to shut down because there is no way to get back to your original screen. I've tried clicking out of it and I've tried clicking the back arrow, with no luck.

@A_Flower, I have also had this issue.  What happens on my end is that a new tab is opened with the enlarged image.  I just close that tab and try again.

Mine does that some times, as well, but it also hijacks the screen I'm currently working on.
