I keep receiving the following messages:

BPET_0-1732052860353.png

Gross Weights:  1.1644 oz each    .3639 lb pack     6.55 lb case

How do compute the net weight based on these numbers.

Hello @BPET and thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome.

To make sure the weights are added correctly, please multiply the value of your Each times however many consumer units you have in a Case/Display to get the weight of the higher hierarchy level. For example, if you have let's say 10 consumer units and each one weighs 1 pound, then the Case containing the items must weigh at least 10 pounds (Gross Weight) and exactly 10 pounds (Net Weight). For Gross Weights, please also add the packaging, while for Net ones only the product itself. For a three level hierarchy, you can follow the same steps twice, please (from Each to Pack and then from Pack to Case).

I hope this helps. Please let us know if the issue persists and we would be happy to help further if needed. Thank you!
