I have been trying to remove playlist from some of my items, but they will not go away. I have removed them and saved it, but when I go back to the item it is still there. Has anyone else had this issue?

As we discussed over the phone, please ensure that the User Admin of your company updates your IM role to one that permits you to make changes in Item Management.
