Issue with Kroger - Number of Items/Pallet

Hello!  I have been having issues with error messages from Kroger regarding the Number of Items/Pallet.  I have entered the information required and refreshed by date, but the error messages continue to appear.

Hello, I can see you resolved the issue in IM.  The message you are getting in IM is a warning that has not been resolved because you do not have a new CIC from Kroger.  That error is not prohibitive so I ask that you go into VIP, top off and validate until successful and submit.  That will generate a new CIC as well as get this info to Kroger as needed.  Please let me know if this helps...

Thanks for the prompt response.  I am aware of this new attribute and have been updating my items accordingly.  My problem is that I fixed the issue with that item (as shown on the screenshot), but I continue to receive an error message.  Thanks!
