Submittal Issue- CIC Message and Not Receiving IMF#s

Hello, 

I have been trying to publish for several GTINs. I have fixed errors needed but still haven't received IMF#s. Can you please check the status and let me know what I am doing wrong or if anything needs to be fixed?

-For this last GTIN below, I am receiving the below  message: How do I clear this?

1. ErrorCode:null; Error:The item is not currently active in the Kroger systems and hence cannot be submitted in this manner. For further clarification please send an email to ItemMDMVIP@kroger.com

Hello @rachelbernstein/ Ashley and welcome to the customer communityThanks for reaching out.

The " item is not currently active in the Kroger systems" message usually means the item is missing a Kroger Item Submission Reason Code and, because of this, the Kroger systems are unable to generate an IMF for the item.

If, in the future, you need to only update information for items that already have IMF numbers assigned, in that case leaving the Submission Reason Code blank is recommended, to not generate another IMF. If, however, you need the first IMF or a new IMF for that item, please populate the Submission Reason Code field at the publication level.
