McLane PI

Good morning,

I published a couple of new items to McLane yesterday, and when I went into PI to top them off I see there are a couple of items in there that have been taken care of years ago.

I'm including a screen shot of what I'm seeing. The first item was published in April 202 and the other Feb., 2019.

I've never had an item pop up in ready to list once it's been topped.

Can you please tell me why these two items are appearing again?

Thanks!

Good morning, A_Flower.  I hope your week is going well.  I took a look at this for you.

GTIN 10030800195009 was originally published to McLane on April 21, 2020, and there is no recent republication. I do see that Item Appends were performed on May 25, 2022, on the Case and Each GTIN in this hierarchy. The Append triggered a validation warning in IM "ALB:55 : WARNING: There should be one Nutrient Type Code [nutrientInformation/nutrientDetail/nutrientTypeCode] for Protein with a value of either PROTMFP or PROT or PROCNA or PROCNP or PROCNT or PROA or PRO- for each Nutrient Fact Panel" for Albertsons which you can see in the IM worklist. If you look in the Recipient Responses area you will see the status: Log into 1SYNC Product Introduction, and add retailer-specific attributes. I believe this update triggered teh behavior you are seeing in McLane PI.

Thank you for your quick reply!

Is that normal that a warning with another company would affect this one? This is the same Albertsons warning we were told was a glitch in the system tech support is working on for the next release.

Any Modify/Append will update teh item for any recipient it is successfully published to before the update was made.

I understand that, but this actually took the item back to the original state.

When I publish an item to McLane, I only have to top it off one time. These items were in the "Top off" state again.

I've never had this happen. Usually once it's topped off, it's done. The modify/appends just flow through with no problems.
