Is there a backlog of transactions on the inbound side of IM

I am a supplier that I am seeing the 1WS inbound is not processing our AS2 XML files. I did see in another discussion thread that there could be a a backlog of transactions on the inbound side.

Ask: Please advise if there is a backlog of transactions on the inbound side so I know it is not our AS2 provider issue.

Thanks so much...

Hello, @EricGinsburgSaz .  Thank you for reaching out.  I do see some conversations with our tech teams that there is a backlog of inbound transactions for IM.  I will post something in the area for those updates as well.

Is there any update on the processing of inbound XML's in PROD? We sent one over 2 hours ago and still waiting for it to process completely. Attached is the screenshot (GTIN 10842427101932).

Hello, yes, we are experiencing a backlog that would impact your transactions.  I just updated it here as well.
