Backlog of Transactions to PI Recipients - September 29, 2023

Hello, the backlog is still being processed but has not yet been resolved.  Transactions are moving and we expect it to resolve later today.

Hi, I am still seeing an issue on one of my codes (10051000201765). This item was initially published as NEW on 9/28 but never made it to Albertson's PI. I checked this morning and it was still showing as "Pending Synchronization" with no CIC message. I tried to re-trigger it this morning but still no change. Is there still some residual backlog? Thanks in Advance!

Hello @Kasia, nice to speak to you again. Looking at this GTIN it looks like the GLN used to publish to is incorrect. Albertsons GLN for publication is 0321130000013.
