1WorldSync technical teams identified a large backlog of transactions in Product Introduction (PI / VIP). Due to the size of this backlog, it will take hours for the messages to be completely processed and for the backlog to clear.
Note: Please refrain from re-sending the same transactions over and over as it only increases the backlog and does not increase the opportunity for updates into PI.
