What's up with the delays on resetting the CIC status? This is day two and I've not seen one item change status today.

Hello @RebeccaNichols Can you provide me more details and examples for what you are seeing so I can take a look for you?

Here are the one's reset earlier this morning that still have not processed.

I looked in IM at a few of these GTINs for you.  Please forgive me and advise if I am not looking in the right areas for you.

GTIN 10816559018796 shows you sent a Review CIC today.  I see it in your worklist and in the Sync Status Report

GTIN 10816559018789 shows you sent a Review CIC today.  I see it in your worklist and in the Sync Status Report

GTIN 60816559010993 shows you sent a Review CIC today.  I see it in your worklist and in the Sync Status Report

For GTIN 10816559018796, I looked on the supplier side and see they received your Review CIC today...

Peachie! That tells me they finally did process. Thank you! Any idea why it is taking so long?

I see some conversations on our tech teams that there is a backlog of transactions on the inbound side so perhaps that impacted the CICs as well.  I do not have anything definitive as they are taking a look at who caused the backlog
