How to Publish at different hierarchies

Is there any updated instructional video on how to publish?  The publish button is in a different location on my screen and wanted to confirm.  Thanks

If you were referring to Item Management, the Publish button should be in the top right section of your item page, next to Validate, Clone and Digital Preview:
