I'm not finding anything regarding the error message I'm getting about digital asset type code and uniform resource identifier are dependent attributes.  It won't let me publish because of these errors but I don't know what it is asking me to fill in.  I don't have any links for customer to click on to see product.  This is for McLane and I have not had this error before and I just published items in here about a month ago.

What happens when we publish the item and shows up an forbidden icon and states " Subscription does not exist " it happens with recipients I have been currently exchanging data...

I have reviewed your request, and for the retailers where you are encountering errors while trying to publish, I recommend checking if there is an active subscription being sent from them to your company's GLN, by following the steps below:

If the subscription appears in that list, please feel free to reply to this comment with the GTIN of the item that is causing the error so we can investigate further.

Hello, I just try to share gtin

but it seems the items I got from that list yesterday are received, so it may take 24 hours to change its status to confirm the subscription

Thank you for the item number provided.

I can confirm your item was successfully published to Ben E. Keith, however it was published as Initial Load instead of New. As long as this is a new item that has not yet been set up, then it needs to be Republished as New. You can do this in Item Management by going to Publications - Manage Publications, - then selecting this item and the Ben E Keith publication and choosing the Republish option. For more details about Republishing, please see our short video here: Republishing in Item Management

The Received CIC response from your retailer means they have not reviewed the submitted information yet.

Ben E Keith has already set up a subscription for you in 2019, so you do not need to worry about that in this case, please:

Good morning,

I do have again the same problem with GTIN 00751884911981 but this time the item was published on 30th July as new and the recipient states they do not receive this item even though it has passed its validations and has been shared as new to PFG 0806795000009

We can confirm GTIN 00751884911981 is successfully published to PFG and it is validating in our systems. We can also confirm the item has been received by the retailer (they can check the following Catalog Item Notification in their systems or reach out to their Data Pool for more details: cin.LS7XF0509000L9i).

If the publication is missing any information, the retailer should inform you of this and, if needed, we would then be delighted to assist where needed. Thanks.
