Once you have added your GTIN content, created your hierarchy, and validated successfully, it is important to publish at the appropriate GTIN level. Typically, you want to publish at the highest level GTIN that is appropriate for your trading partner. If you publish incorrectly, you may have to withdraw your publication and try again. This should also coincide with your Unit Indicators in IM for your hierarchy.
You can learn more about how the Unit Indicators work by clicking Unit Indicators in IM.
You can configure the Unit Indicators to allow for publications to different recipients at different levels of the hierarchy.
For this example, let’s consider a Pallet/Case/Each hierarchy configuration. If your Dispatch Unit Indicator is True at the Pallet level, publish at the Pallet GTIN. You could also publish at the Case level for other recipients appropriate to how you do business with them, and if you have an instance of your Case with a Dispatch Unit Indicator set to True.

I need support in figuring out how to successfully publish a display; the assortment is of 4-case display, but 3 flavors. I'm getting hung up on the Hierarchy Information section for these items. Here's the hierarchy:
36 count Display: GTIN 00024622572073 (pallet Ti/Hi=3/2)
I am publishing these items to Dot Foods.
How do I publish the Ti and Hi? Would it be based on the display pallet or case pallet, since the cases are also available for sale?
I've tried saving the display hierarchy, but I get an error message. See image below:
Hello @crod and welcome to the Community. When updating a hierarchy after each step, you would need to be sure to click on the Update Hierarchy button. So once you delete the lines not needed, click on the Update Hierarchy button, wait a couple of minutes, and then you should be able to go back in and add the lines with the updated counts.
