Error publishing item for McLane

I am trying to post an item for McLane and keep receiving the below error:

At least one instance of Temperature Activity Code (tradeItemTemperatureInformation/temperatureQualifierCode) must be equal to Storage and Handling (STORAGE_HANDLING)

I can not see the attribute STORAGE_HANDLING or I don't have access to it?  What do I need to do to publish my item?

Hello @ryanbass  and welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.

The error is asking for a very specific value for the Temperature Activity Code. I think you have the working temperature but McLane wants the Trade item is being stored or handled option.

Once you clear that error and publish the item, don't forget to top off the item in Product Introduction Get Started with McLane - Quick Sheet for Product Introduction (PI) and submit it for McLane to see it.
