CIC Error message

I am receiving "Free Form Text to be populated by the Data Recipient" CIC message and it asks that I send a change by refresh message - this field is required.  I am not sure where to look for this information.  Any suggestions?  Thanks as always!

To complete the action of "sending a change by refresh message," you can use the Resend option available in Item Management.

Regarding the error message, we require more information about what the Review/Rejected CIC states, along with the specific GTIN in question.

It is up to the CIC creator, Kroger Syndigo, to include the name of the field in the CIC message. Given that no attribute name has been provided, we recommend sending the Change by refresh message for both GTINs using Theo's instructions.

We advise reaching out to Syndigo's support team for additional information should the same CIC message be returned by them. Their contact information can be found HERE.
