Updating size in Item Management

When updating an item's size in IM, do I only need to Save and Validate or do I also need to Republish?  If I need to republish, do I do this on the Item page or in another area?

Welcome to the customer community! Thanks for reaching out.

Saving the changes would be enough for items already published and synchronized to the Recipient (s) in the past.

You can Validate the item after making the changes, then use the Sync Status report under REPORTS to keep an eye on the publication status and make sure the updates are sent successfully and that no errors are being triggered.
