Activity Reports

Hello,

Is there a report within IM that shows a log of items that are sent to recipients and the dates/times? I'm not seeing anything of that sort unless I put in an item. Thanks.

Hi @carolhunn and thank you for utilizing our customer community. Welcome back.

Yes, you can use the Publications report for this purpose in Item Management:

You can find the information by going to Publications - Manage Publications (#1 above).

You can also filter by Item ID (#2) or Recipient (#3) and you can find the Date details in the table (#4), along with the Recipients list (#5). The table headers can also be used to rearrange the item order in alphabetical or numerical, ascending or descending order.

You can also find more details about various IM reports here: Documentation - Item Management Reports

Please let us know if this helped or if there is anything else we may assist with for this request. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
