Hello. We have identified an issue that is impacting the ability to search for GTINs and pull reports in Item Management. Our technology teams are actively investigating this issue.  We will post more details here.

Hello, we have an update for today's incident.  The issue is resolved, but it created a backlog of transactions. There is a UI backlog and one impacting general transactions (AS2, FUSE, API)

The transactions are flowing now, and the backlog numbers are reducing.
