Unable to Retrieve GTINs or Report Status in Item Management

Is anyone else experiencing performance issues with Item Management? I've tried searching for GTINs and checking statuses under Reports, but none of the searches are returning any data or results? I've re-booted and cleared my browsing history. Am I the only one experiencing issues?
