Marketplace users can create and upload Unique ID Lists. Once created, a Unique ID List can be referenced as a filter on the Marketplace Index Page, and a "matched" report can be downloaded.
Create or Upload Unique ID Lists:
- From the Marketplace Index, click the Unique Identifier Lists tab.
- Click Create New List.
- Name your Unique ID List by clicking "No List Name" and entering a new value.
- Click Add to List.
- The Adding New Allowed Unique Identifiers modal will load.
- Click the dropdown to select the Unique ID (UPC, Legacy UPC, or GTIN).
- Choose your delimiter from the dropdown (Multi Line, Comma, Semicolon, Dash, Pipe).
- Copy/paste Unique IDs into the modal, OR, click Upload File.
- When uploading Unique ID Lists via an Excel file, Unique IDs must be listed in Column A with no header.
- Click Add Item(s).
- Click Process.
Once a Unique Identifier List is created, users can filter to view products within the Marketplace Index, based on that Unique ID List.
Filter by Unique ID Lists (Marketplace Index):
- From the Marketplace Index, click Add Filter. The Filter menu will appear.
- From the Product Context menu, click the Unique ID dropdown. Select one or more Unique Identifier Lists.
- Click Apply Filter.
View or Download Unique ID "Matched" Reports:
Once a Unique Identifier List is processed, users can view or download a summary of matched/unmatched products within the Unique ID List.
- From the Marketplace Index, click the Unique Identifier List tab.
- Search for/select a Unique Identifier List.
- Click the list name to view the details of the list. Users can see a "matched" or "unmatched" status for each product.
- Click Download to export a "matched" report.
- Direct download file will include a list of Unique IDs and a True/False value for a "matched" status.
