Product Mgmt. I submitted an item but did not receive any confirmation of receipt

Hi all,

I entered a grocery item into VIP for Kroger.  I validated several times and everything looked great.  I submitted the item.  It is currently showing to be in process with the retailer.  The problem is that I never received a confirmation email that it had actually been submitted to Kroger.  When I look at my item under product configuration It does not show to have been assigned to me (which it usually does) and the CIC state is blank.  Publication type is new. No IMF has been created.  What have i done wrong?

It has been in the in process - retalier box for several hours now.  I should have seen activity in my email that it had at least been submitted.

Hello @lmrjbr50 and welcome back to the Community. I have checked the four most recent items sent to Kroger. Looking at the comments section for each of the items I see confirmation from Kroger that they have received the items and the IMF generated for each.

I see a different email address listed on the items than what is associated with your profile. It is now waiting for Kroger to review and update the item status.
