Image error in VIP

I'm getting this review message on my images, but can't figure out how to fix.

The error you are receiving in VIP is due to 'IMAGE ORIENTATION TYPE CODE'

Please ensure you are leaving that attribute BLANK. Only have values for IMAGE FACING and IMAGE BACKGROUND. See screenshot below.

I removed the image orientation type code and got a new error message saying I need to add it. What am I doing wrong?

Hello @marisolburt,

You have multiple images with the same IMAGE FACING 'FRONT'. Only one image can have 'FRONT' as the IMAGE FACING. Any other image with 'FRONT' for IMAGE FACING needs to be blank - other than the main image. 
Once updated and saved - you can VALIDATE and SUBMIT.

I followed your instructions, and now have this new error message. 

There must be something wrong or new with Kroger's side. I have numerous other items I could submit without these image errors. 

@RenaeB I will tag you in other post where I found the same error from another user, but no conclusion in thread. Can you please look into that case# to see how they fixed it?

Hello @marisolburt, 

The error you are receiving is due to IMAGE SOURCE stating '1WorldSync'. Please update all your images to have IMAGE SOURCE Attribute BLANK. 

Once updated and saved, you can submit with no errors.
