i have been receiving the following error message for two of my GTINs. In searching the forum suggestions have been to update the class to the PID class listed in the error message, in this case the it would be 381. When I search in the Family Tree, there is no class 381
"0850019179863:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:25|; GTIN 00850019179866, VIP Submitted Class 230 , PID Class 381"

Please reach out to your Kroger Category Manager to confirm that your GTIN is assigned to the correct category. Kroger will need to update this on their end before you can resubmit.
Currently, Venus has your GTIN listed under 381—be sure to inform them of this.
