Hello and thank you for reaching out via our community. I looked at this GTIN in IM and see you populated the First Ship Date. My recommendation is to go to Manage Publications in IM, search by that parent-level GTIN and republish it to Kroger. Wait about 15 mins and then look in VIP to see your new status.

I did republish into Kroger and unfortunately I got the same error.
I also am having the same issue for a different GTIN 10608863843191.

I am looking into this for you. I did not realize there can be different instances of that attribute, If you click on the "Most Popular" playlist for your item and search you will see two ways to populate and I bet that is the one they are looking for...

Yes there is some confusion that can happen with these dates. GS1/GDSN and the Global Data Model team have changed the attribute name for Start availability date to be First Ship Date. This is in direct conflict with the existing attribute. When implementing this, 1WorldSync put the name Start Availability Date in parenthesis to help keep them different. We are working with the standards to try to rectify this.
The recipient error you are getting is because the attribute which is "First Ship Date/Time" is blank. You have populated "First Ship Date/Time (Start Availability Date)" which is a GDSN Mandatory attribute.
