Kroger Nutritional Facts Error Message

Good morning team!

I am trying to fix an error message sent by Kroger regarding some nutritional facts they would like updated.

I have come across this error before and have been able to take care of it.

After updating the requested attributes in 1WS, I went to VIP to address the issue.  However, as you can see in the screen shot, I cannot modify the attributes due to the ADD/REMOVE options being greyed out.

Can you please help us with the GTIN you are having issues for or the screenshot mentioned so that we may assist further? Potentially, for GDSN attributes, the values added in Item Management are only editable from Item Management, but we can have a look for your specific case once we have more details. Thanks!

Item 00071072030806 has the nutrient data added in Item Management, therefore any update to the values or nutrient codes needs to be completed in Item Management directly, please. Additinoal nutrient codes can also be added only from IM for the item. 

I noticed the 5 mandatory nutrient codes for Kroger (Calories ENER-, Sodium NA, Fat FAT, Total Carbohydrates CHO-, and Protein PRO-) are already added. Any updates to these or others can be completed in Item Management where necessary, please. Thanks and please let us know if there is a specific issue or attribute you are still encountering for the item or hierarchy.

Good afternoon!

I am encountering the same Nutritional Facts issue as before.  I published a number of items to Kroger las week and, after topping them off in VIP, we got an IMF for all of them.

Today, I noticed that all of them are showing "REVIEW" messages due to the Nutritional Facts not being what they require.  However, I made sure that I had correctly filled them out, which I did.

Please, see screen shots showing the error message, along with the correct Facts.

One of the Gtins is 00071072951316 (CASE) and 00071072095133 (EACH).

Hello, Nancy (@nancyVigo), it's great chatting with you again. I checked item 00071072095133 and can confirm the mandatory Nutrient Codes are all added for Kroger (ENER-, NA, FAT, CHO-, PRO-).

I noticed an unrelated issue on the Display in PI (the Num of Items in a Complete Layer/GTIN Pallet Ti should be left blank, please, as there is no Pallet level added in your hierarchy and it is also mutually exclusive with the GTIN Ti and Hi, so either the NonGTIN Ti and Hi are both added, or only the GTIN Ti and Hi are added):

The Review message is unrelated to this and points out the Nutrient Codes on the Each, which we can confirm are all added.

We recommend reaching out to your Kroger contact/ category manager and kindly asking for more details and why the submission was Rejected on their side, please, as the Review message is either a placeholder for something else or they were referring to other nutrients than the mandatory ones.
