Items in review and not publishing

Hello, 

I published items yesterday but they are still saying CIC status In Review and not making their way over to the Kroger VIP side to finish set up. Attached shows the status. I signed up for updates if the system is down or slow but have not received anything saying there are any issues.  Maybe I need to do something on my end if they are still in review status?  Thank you, Devon

Thank you for reaching out to our customer community.  Welcome.

If you look at the Recipient Responses (CIC) Report you can see additional information about the Review message a trading partner has sent back. For your items published to Kroger, they have made it to Product Introduction and are awaiting additional top-off information to be completed then the items can be submitted to Kroger:

Thank you, so I have been uploading spreadsheets and this is my 5 one and am just running into issues with additional top off information.  I have been uploading the spreadsheet that I have exported from successful products, adjusting the date and uploading and then linking the case to each and publishing the case without any issues.  I see where it says in reports that I need to Log into 1SYNC Product Introduction, add retailer specific attributes but it isn't specific enough as to what needs to be added. When I validate each GTIN at case and each it give approval so not sure what needs to be added on this spreadsheet upload that wasn't needed on all of the others.  Is there a way to know what the exact issue is? Thank you-Devon

The recipient specific attributes will have to be added in Product Introduction. The FUSE spreadsheet can be used to upload/publish items in bulk in Item Management, while the Spreadsheet Data Loader file (SDL) is used to top-off items in bulk in Product Introduction.
