@Brennen, good afternoon!
I just came across your post and was wondering if you had been able to take care of all these error messages.
The Primary Contact Name, Email and Phone Number are usually your company's information. In this case, the name would be yours since you're the one entering the info.
I usually reach out to our brokers/distributors who are requesting the publication to get the information on the Region, Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, Price Basis, Event Type, Kroger Item Submission Reason Code and Kroger Sales Event.
As far as the Gtin Model, I usually pick "NO" for Model Gtin Exists and this should take care of that error message.
I have attached a screen shot showing how to unhide extra attributes so that you can find where the Proposition 65 are is.

Thank you for your follow-up. I have to admit this has been the worst process I have ever gone through, and I have worked at FMCG internationally for years. I think we have muddled through it, but I am not convinced it is all accurate, as we were doing things to remove errors.

Fortunately, for Kroger, we have a lot of documentation that walks you through the entire item setup process, including the hierarchy top-off you were initially referencing in the first post in this thread.
This video going through Hierarchy Level Data in Product Introduction for Kroger should be very useful to get you started. For a more in-depth explanation of the entire item setup process, you can use the Kroger Reference Manual here.

Hello @Brennen,
I reviewed your GTIN hierarchies and noticed that the errors are related to WERCS, which is preventing successful submission to Kroger.
Currently, your WERCS Product Classification is set as 'Personal Care Product.'
Since this classification is selected, you will need to follow Kroger's WERCS process (as noted in the COMMENTS).
If this classification is incorrect and WERCS is not required, please select 'NONE' for all EA GTINs, then validate and save.
This will allow your items to proceed through Kroger's QA and be assigned an IMF.
