I cloned an item and changed the GTIN and a few other attributes, and then clicked save. When I went back to the unpublished Item, all of the cloned attributes were gone. Can you please delete the item (GTIN 00707704919088) and let me know once thats done so I can try it again? I am not going to enter all new attributes for this item since its literally the same as another one of our items with a slight adjustment to the flavor profile.

Thank you @Caroline_Lahn . GTIN purges not only remove the items from IM but also form the Global Registry so that is why this is a more formal process. Now that you have the sheet completed, please open a ticket with our tech support team, attach that, and let them know you need it purged.

I was told that if the item hasn't been published at any recipients yet that you (or someone) could delete the item for me. This has actually happened to me once before and someone was able to remove the item so I could start over again.

Hello @Caroline_Lahn you are absolutely correct. We can remove GTINs from you and only need the information described in the process I shared with you.
