Hi Could you please help with below CIC error?

10077890518967- Missing level of hierarchy. Correct hierarchy and republish.Additional Information Not Yet Defined

Everything seems correct still getting cannot sync cic error from Wegmans.

Hi @niteishk. Nice to speak with you again. This error message would be coming directly from Wegmans, in this instance. The message is saying they are expecting another level in the hierarchy, a package for example. I would recommend reaching out to your Wegman contact to be sure all parties are on the same page on what is wanted for this hierarchy.
