We received an email stating our company is identified as having an AS2 connection with 1WorldSync. I am pretty sure we do not. How can I confirm this?

Hello, when we look at our records it looks like there used to be an AS2 connection between you and 1WS. We looked this morning for any recent traffic for that connection and did not see any other than our communication with you. It was likely not turned off but I can help you do that. Can you confirm I should turn this off for your company?

Does it hurt anything to leave it turned on, other than receiving emails about AS2 connections that do not affect us?

Welcome back to the Community! If you are not wanting to utilize AS2 it is best practice to submit a ticket to technical support by using the below link: https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/CustomCreateCrmSupportCase
to have your company's AS2 connection disabled. We suggest this due to when the AS2 is active our system will continue to try and send data and it will cause a failure to be sent and trigger alters on our side.
