having trouble linking and publishing items

i am trying to link my items together (eaches, displays and cases) for McLane but keep coming up with error messages. I am unable to link and publish items. 

Need help ASAP. I have called and emailed for over a week and not getting any assistance.

I have called and was placed on hold and waited on a line that i was disconnected from.

I see a lot of errors related to the item setup and the first one is related to the weight so you would need to make sure that the gross and net weight are correct and that the quantity you added for the Total Count of All Products and the one you chose for the links is correct. Also, for example for the first item you mentioned only the case and display are linked and you would need to make sure that no other links are missing. If you have questions about how to create links and set up an item hierarchy properly, you can look at our documentation on this topic 101 Basic - How to Link Items to create a Hierarchy.

Another issue was related to the base unit indicator which has to be true on the lowest level and woudl need to be changed to false on the master case. You can find it under the indicators section below the Item Attribute Sets.

You might also want to add the Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti, the Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi and the Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity below the Hierarchy Information section.

If you wish to send items to McLane, it is advised to add the playlist for them 1WorldSync Playlists Video as it will show you what data you have to add before publishing to them. Make sure to add it to all levels of your item hierarchy and validate to see what attributes McLane requires.

Also, make sure to only publish at the highest level of the hierarchy How to Publish & Confirm Sync Status in Item Management - Quick Sheets as you do not need to publish at every level of the hierarchy.
