Good morning,
I have an ongoing issue that I'm going to see if anyone can help me with.
Often times when I'm working in IM a big large white box will appear, and there is NO working around it.
No matter what I'm in the middle of, I have to close out of 1WorldSync and start all over.
I've attached a picture of what I'm referring to.
I would love any input.
Thanks in advance!

Hello @nancyVigo, it’s good chatting with you again.
The department responsible for the interface issue is actively working to resolve it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, it would be helpful to know what actions you took when the issue occurred. Did you simply hover over the image, or did you click on it when it appeared?

@Theo, thanks for the prompt response!
I simply hovered over the image and it stayed there, which has occasionally happened before. There is nothing that can be done to get rid of it except for clearing the cache, closing Chrome and sign on again.

Hello, @A_Flower, and thank you so much for your valued feedback. We are still looking into it, as this is an intermittent issue that comes up every now and then. We are unable to reproduce it ourselves most of the times, so any information about the issue and how it occurred is very useful.
Thank you once again and we will let you and everyone else know here once we have a fix for this.
