Synchronization errors

Good morning,

I have several new synchronization errors and I'm not sure how to fix them.

I usually have 0 sync errors and would love to get these cleaned up.

I'm attaching a screen shot of the errors.

They are for several different recipients, but are for the same issue.

Can you please help me?

Thanks in advance!

Hello and thank you for those details.  I took a look at the hierarchy with the GTINs below and see that it validates successfully now on every GTIN in the hierarchy.  Perhaps you were able to resolve this before my response?  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  Nice work.

Thank you, however, the Sync errors still show up on my dashboard & whenever I click on them, all of the errors still show.  Is there something else I need to do besides validate to make them go away?

Hello, when I look at your example GTIN 00071567912006 in the Recipient Responses Report, I see you are missing some of the common Foodservice attribute values and some others specific to your trading partners.  For this item, I recommend you add the Food & Beverage playlist, validate and add those attributes to meet more of these foodservice requirements,

Good morning, I am working on cleaning up some sync errors but I am not sure how. Do you have any training material on this subject? I am trying to fix the below errors

Hello @imeldae and thanks for continuing the use of the community.

The error is advising an Each cannot have a lower level in any hierarchy as it should be the Base Unit or lowest level in said hierarchy. In this specific case, both items 10072999552034 and 00072999552037 were saved as Eaches and linked together as parent (10072999552034) and child (00072999552037).

To fix the error, please update the highest level of your hierarchy - 10072999552034 - to a Product Type of Case or Display, depending on the item type. Here is where you can make the correction:

Thank you. I have made the change in the Case 10072999552034. How does it get removed from the Synchronization Errors? I know I would need to go to Product Introduction but I only have Albertsons, McLane and Kroger as an option there.

Thank you so much

Hello @imeldae, it’s good chatting with you again.

After the update, the hierarchy should now correctly sync with all retailers that were not receiving the item previously and, once this happens for all retailers, the message should clear on its own.

Also, you do not have Acosta in Product Introduction as an option because only select retailers - the 3 referenced in your post - need their items topped-off with additional attributes and information like cost and distribution details. Here are more details about Getting Started with Kroger just in case it helps: as they are a very common retailer companies publish their item data to.
