Item Set up Walmart

I have a master case with 60 sellable each's, like items with the same UPC and cost, will not be replenish able.

it was requested that the outer carton and inners all use the same UPC.

At first I was told to set it up as a shipper - but a shipper is non replenish able, but has different items and different costs, within the shipper. 

It is not a break pack because it will not be sold in stores. 

An assortment is replenish able. 

They are purchasing these items to sell exclusively on Walmart.com only, not in stores and they will ship the product out of the Walmart DSV DC to the end consumer.

They requested I sync the item and then set it up within item 360.

Would I set up a case only?

Hello.  We have an answer after taking a deeper look for you.  It sounds like Walmart wants a 1 Item Number that will be for the outer carton(case)and inner carton and they want them to have the same UPC when you ship them the physical boxes to their warehouse.  Then they want that information added to Item 360 for only the Case Carton. 

Also, all of your sellable Eaches will need need to have separate Item numbers as well if they do not already and must be added to Item 360 also.

Yes, you should publish the Outer carton/Case by itself, which will be a 1 over 1 in Retail Link.  Complete the Top off process, in New Item Received and then add it to Item 360.  My thought is that want all the data for every level to have an Item Number and added to Item 360 since it will be an online item only.  

I would check with your Walmart BUYER or Replenishment Manager to make sure.

Below is how the buyer wants us to proceed. Would I still set up the case pack first and then just set up the item in 360 to be linked the the case.

A 1/1 is not going to mean you won’t ship 60. The case pack will be 60. 

Please setup the item in item 360 under item setup and then use the GTIN and select that it will not be a store item.

Yes, you would set up the case pack that will be linked with the child item. When you set up the item in Item 360 it will end up being a 1X1 with a total price of the units inside the case pack.

The recipients you can publish to must have a subscription to your GLN, you can view who has a subscription by selecting Reports / Current Subscriptions:

Before publishing, it is recommended to also add the Walmart US playlist (as long as you are publishing to Walmart US that is) on all levels of your hierarchies to make sure your items meet your retailer's attribute requirements. You may need to solve errors or warnings after adding the playlists. For more details about adding and using playlists, please check out our video here: 1WorldSync Playlists Video.

Also please bear in mind very large retailers have more often than not many different GLNs, so publihsing to the current GLN is important, otherwise they will not see the information on their side. Currently your company has a subscription from GLN 0078742787428 for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. If you need to publish to this GLN, you can do so after adding the playlists, validating and solving any potential warnings that may arise. There is however also the 0078742000008 GLN for Walmart United States (shown in screenshot below), but this GLN is not yet subscribed to you:
