Hello, I'm experiencing intermittent slowness in IM when linking item to create a new subscription. I received the following feedback when reviewing the worklist "Your transaction has been requested. Please check back later to review the transaction status".
Please advise on the performance issue. Thanks in advance.

Our technology teams continue to troubleshoot the issues that created some slowness in IM, especially around the Simple Search functionality. This is escalated to our Development and Infrastructure teams.
For now, as a workaround, please use the advanced search as to have more timely results. We will update you more on any findings. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
