Hi - I am trying to publish/republish items to Shamrock Foods and it appears the publications are not going through to them. I did reach out directly to Shamrock and the subscription is in place. I know they have switched data pool providers - has their new data pool provider been updated in the registry?

Hello, we have asked the Global Registry to confirm receipt of the subscription from Shamrock and if they have it, re-trigger it to us so we can get the messages processed for you. This is a highly unusual issue and we are working to get this resolved.

Good afternoon. As I noted in your ticket, I am happy to report we worked with the Global Registry and our Development team today to resolve the issues with the subscription reaching you so you can synchronize your product content with Shamrock. Through the collaboration with the GR, we were able to apply the subscription and it now shows in your worklist and your subscription report. Additionally, I have already seen some messages processing between you and Shamrock after their master subscription ran in the last hour.
Please keep an eye out for any residual GTINs that may have error messages from Shamrock that you would not receive until the subscription was in place. I will keep your ticket open in case you have additional questions or need further troubleshooting support.

To close out this ticket, is there a way to purge Shamrock's rejected publications? Since they have switch data pool providers, I cannot clear those when deleting publications.

Hello, as an IM customer, you can republish those GTINs to Shamrock via the "Republish" functionality in Manage Publications. This functionality will override previous publications and any rejected CIC messages.

Two things -
1. There are items that have been discontinued and publications have been deleted for all recipients except Shamrock; can those be purged?
2. Also, when you do republish, the "rejected' publication is still visible since that was from their previous data pool provide (1WS). See attachment.

Hello, I am investigating this for you. When I look under your GLN for any publications that are rejected in the Sync Status Report, I do not see any. Can you tell me where you are seeing the invalid pubs/rejections?
