Shamrock Foods-Not Populating in IM

Hello,

I am unable to find Shamrock Foods (GLN 0028300000018) in IM. We have published to them in the past and all of the sudden when I try to type their name or enter their GLN # under "Recipient" field its not populating. Did something change?

Good morning, Kasia.  This is a good question.  Shamrock is actually migrating to another data pool GLN and during that process, they are removed from GR for the previous data pool so they can register with their new data pool.  I would expect they will communicate with you once these changes are completed by all parties involved in the process.

Kasia, yes, these two companies are currently migrating to their new data pool GLNs.
