Hi - I am trying to publish/republish items to Shamrock Foods and it appears the publications are not going through to them. I did reach out directly to Shamrock and the subscription is in place. I know they have switched data pool providers - has their new data pool provider been updated in the registry?

Shamrock might have sent the subscription, but we have not gotten it. REPORT >> SUBSCRIPTION >> CURRENT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Drop their GLN number under Recipient and you can provide a screenshot and confirm when it comes over.

I requested the XML from our side but am waiting for the team to locate the subscription. If Shamrock is not willing to send it again, we will need to wait for us to locate what happened.

Our company is in the same boat. Shamrocks data pool provider is saying that 1WS needs to check with the Global Registry to see why the subscriptions aren't in place.

Our team cannot see anything from Shamrock from around that 11/30 time frame (same as Lexi's company). Is it possible they can resend the subscription, and we can monitor if it is not successful? This was the response as I went searching for your ticket to see if I could do anything on it but they are linked now. The resending is not an awful experience so unsure why they won't do us a solid.
