Publishing and no CIC Status

Hello, 

My product shows it is published but it is not showing a Synchronized CIC status. That is blank. It is like it is stuck somewhere.

It might have taken a bit longer for the item to be found in Product Introduction as I see your item had registered a correction/update after the publication was done so that might have been the reason why. I've attached below a screenshot of the publication and the registration date/time:

However, I am currently able to see the item in product introduction under the "Ready to list" queue:

Hello @devonparish and thanks for reaching out!

Kroger has a secondary portal where you would need to work on submitting the item in order to receive a CIC. I am attaching below the documentation we have that will provide additional information and help for you to be able to submit your product to Kroger to receive a CIC:

Thank you Julie, 

The items I am trying to submit are not showing up on the Kroger VIP side.  The items show published but are not showing up to continue the process.  I successfully did many hats last week and they have been submitted and all validations checked out but I am not sure why it is stuck between the two systems.  Thoughts?
