I am so incredibly frustrated. I have 4 items that have been flagged by Kroger as having no images. When I log in, there are images. I then go over to the Product Introduction side and the images are there. Then once I submit, I am getting the below error. I do not know how to fix it and Kroger doesn't know how to help. How do I fix this? Thank you.
10022415569122:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:VENDOR TO RESUBMIT|There is an issue with one or more image provided. 00022415569125 (1WS/FRONT/TRANSPARENT) The Image URL you provided , is not a valid 1WorldSync URL.

@carolhunn, I've had my share of issues with Kroger and images, which have been resolved with the help of this Community!
In my experience with Kroger, they would rather have a 1WS digital image than an EFL. Since I had so many External Digital images with a number of products, I have been changing them to the 1WS images, which they accept without issues.
I wanted to point out something that the Community moderators help me in order to completely delete the EFLs. There is a hidden area that can only be reached by clicking on the "All Populated" playlist. Please, see attached screen shots showing the process.
You will find that the Community is the place to go whenever you encounter any issues.

Hello @carolhunn,
I was able to validate and submit 10022415569146.
If you still receive this error on other GTINs after you update - please follow the instructions below:
1. Click into the 'Blank' image - and select 'Product Final Packaging Not Available' for 'Image Source'.
'Save' and 'Close'
Once I completed this step I was able to 'Validate' and 'Save and Return' and 'Submit'
Please let me know if you have any further issues.
GTIN 10022415569146 has been submitted to Kroger.

Welcome Carol!
We have not had the opportunity to speak yet, but I wanted to reach out and answer your question.
The error you are receiving is directly linked to the blank image in VIP/Product Introduction:
To correct, please follow instruction below:
1. Log into Item Management and do a Simple Search for GTIN (ex. 00022415569125)
2. Click on GTIN:
3. Click on External Digital Assets on the left-hand side in the Item Attribute Sets:
4. Remove highlighted information from External File Link section:
5. Once removed – Save GTIN
After saving this will automatically send the update to remove the Blank Image from the GTIN in VIP/Product Introduction.
*NOTE: VIP/Product Introduction pulls information from Item Management every 15 mins. (2:00, 2:15, etc) and take 2-3 mins for VIP/Product Introduction to process.
Once VIP/Product Introduction updates the GTINs – you can Validate & Re-Submit your GTINs to Kroger.

Thank you @RenaeB and @nancyVigo. I've followed the steps you both identified (none of my images are external), but now am struggling with my items not syncing to Product Introduction. I resent my items over 4 hours ago (even resent again a few hours ago) and they still have not been picked up and are "pending synchronization." I did put in a tech ticket, but haven't heard back. I have new items I need to set up too and this makes it nearly impossible.

I went into VIP to double check a few of your items.
Looks like the changes have been updated and GTINs are validating and ready to submit.

@RenaeB I submitted these yesterday and got the attached error. Like I said, I'm waiting for items to sync over from Item Management. It's been nearly 5 hours and none of my items have synced over.
