Hi,
I have a GTIN # 00043767112104 and it should be 10743767112104. Would it be possible for me to make that modification? I tried but I couldn't. Please advise.
Thank you,
Seebo.

Hello,
Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, once a GTIN is created we can only alter the attributes within the GTIN and not the GTIN itself so the item will need to be recreated to change the GTIN. However, you do have the option to export the item onto a FUSE > update the GTIN to the newly desired GTIN and Import the sheet again as an "Item Add".
Thanks!

What is a FUSE> and where do I find it? I too have an incorrect item number for the each, case and inner and need to change the number. I already published the item under the incorrect number to a couple of accounts. Would like to know how to fix so I can then do so and tell my accounts. Thank you!

Hello @Frank1234 and welcome back to the Community!
Once an item is entered under a certain GTIN, the number can no longer be edited. There is however a quick fix for you, which is using the Clone option in Item Management to copy the information from the incorrect GTIN into the correct ones. You can therefore Clone the incorrect Each into a correct Each, the incorrect Inner into the correct Inner and the incorrect Case into the correct one so that you would not have to manually add all of the data all over again. Here is a helpful video about item cloning: Video: IM "How To" Tutorial Video - Item Clone
Once you have cloned and linked the correct items together, you can publish the Case only to the retailers that need to receive the item information.
For more details about using FUSE, you can find our Quick Sheets here: Documentation - FUSE Quick Sheets. Using the Load Sheet (FUSE) will allow you to mass add, edit, link and publish your items using Excel in Item Management.
In your case however, Cloning is going to be easier and significantly quicker for the requested task.
Please let is know if this helped or if there is anything else we can assist with.
Thank you!
