Hi Education Team,
I am hoping we can get some answers and guidance from your team, as we have not been able to get the support we need through the support channel. Over the past several months, I have asked the same questions multiple times, yet we continue to be passed from one person to another without receiving clear answers.
There is no clear documentation and samples provided that reflected actual business requirements and covered common implementation scenarios. Unfortunately, the samples provided are very generic and leave much of the interpretation to the customer.
There is no clear guideline explaining how the templates should be used together with the data dictionary, Excel documentation, multiple worksheets, and other supporting materials. We are now being advised to work with a third party, but the issue is not that we do not understand the process. The issue is that the current documentation and guidance are not sufficient to answer the questions we have.
Below are my most asked question with no answers
Issue #1 – XML Validation Error
Could you please look at the attached XML ADD file and error file and help us identify what might be causing the issue?
We used the same format two weeks ago and were successfully able to add the Prepack UPC into 1WorldSync. At that time, the only issue was that the component information was not appearing.
For reference, we are currently mapping the component hierarchy to the sequence field.
Could you please review the files and let us know if you see anything that might be causing the XML validation error?
Issue #2 – Component Information Not Displaying
The components are still not appearing in 1WorldSync. Could you please help us understand what is required for the component list to displa y correctly?
Currently, we only send the ADD operation for the Pack GTIN and not for the individual component GTINs. Do we also need to send an ADD operation for each individual component?
