Kroger VIP - Item successfully submitted, but no IMF in Messages

Good afternoon team!

I submitted an item in VIP on Friday and the broker is asking me for the IMF number.  I usually can find it in the messages, but I don't see one yet.

I did try to resubmit it in hopes that it goes through this time.

The Gtin is 10071072012946.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

@RenaeB, thanks for the prompt response!

I had submitted it las Friday, but did not receive any messages saying that it was successful, so I just resubmitted it this afternoon.

I will continue to check.

Great to see you in the 1WS Kroger Community!

After reviewing your GTIN 10071072012946, it appears it was submitted today around 1:40 pm.

Typically, an IMF can take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours to process.

Please allow a bit more time, and you should receive an email once it has completed Kroger’s QA.

If you don’t see an IMF by tomorrow, let us know, and we’ll reach out to Kroger on your behalf.

@RenaeB, I just received a confirmation from Kroger stating that the item had been received.  I guess resubmitting the item worked!
