No CIC Status for new item publication

Hello! I published GTIN 10840243154637 to Save-On-Foods Limited Partnership as new item, but the CIC status is blank.

The publication was successfully submitted yesterday but it was not showing up on recipient's portal, and the item was published as new item again this morning but the CIC status is still blank.

We can confirm the retialer has received the publication:

If the item is not being received in the retailer's additional systems, this may need to be checked with the retailer, please. Thank you.

We can confirm the retailer has received the data. Retailers are not strictly required by GDSN standards to send a Catalog Item Confirmation (CIC) for every received notification, as it is often optional. However, sending a CIC is highly recommended to accept, review, or reject product data. If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to the retailer directly to advise if additional item data is required or if anything else needs to be done on your side for the setup to be successful. Thanks.

Thank you Val, but the item is not showing up on retailer's end. The publication get flowed into GS1 Canada and then getting pulled to the retailer's end, but the GS1 Canada is also showing that the GTIN was not published to Save-on-foods. Is there something else I can try on 1WS?
