CIC Message needs Resolution to receive IMF

Hello,

I went in to check whether an IMF # had been assigned and came across the message below. Could you please help clarify what this means?

I confirmed the item is not in VIP, and although it successfully passed QA Review, an IMF # has not yet been assigned in the final GLN.

System Message Received:
ACTION_NEEDED: ErrorCode Error: ITEM FOUND IN SUBMITTED STATUS
Your item has been processed for KROGER_API and sent back to you for review. Your item, identified by GTIN 20888849017496, FeedID 615b7b27-15bc-4bcc-a101-d51fc725847c and FeedbackID b51fb5c0-af5d-4c41-9682-45d3a2404e8c.

Additionally, is there a public master list of Kroger API / CIC error codes available for reference?

Any guidance in understanding this status would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, @delgadtr1, and welcome back!

An IMF was sent with the SYNCHRONISED CIC triggered at 23-Mar-2026 17:05:58 CDT. All CIC messages from the past 90 days can be viewed when filtering the WORKLIST by the GTIN and the Recipient GLN, then by expanding the ACCEPTREJECTRESPONSE Event records to see the details.

Any MODIFY sent afterwards, with the same division information and a Submission Reason Code provided, would have tried to trigger a new IMF, hence the error message. We recommend reaching out to your Category Manager to discuss the current IMF.

Unfortunately, there is no public master list of Kroger API/CIC error codes. Information on some of the most common CIC messages can be found here. We are happy to help with any error message that requires further investigation.
