Kroger API Publications

Hello, Over the past couple of days, I have published several GTINs (see below) to the Kroger API Certification Queue and have not received a CIC response in return for those GTINs. 

10011110681420, 10011110683059, 20076033352205, 20076033352182, 20076033352199, 10704051701042, and 10704051701035

According to the Kickoff Guide, we should see status updates in Content Readiness or receive email updates, however I haven't received either and our Sales Team needs an update.  Please advise back if there is an additional contact that I should reach out to for assistance in being able to publish to Certified Items for Kroger API GLN 0838016000116.

Hello @ATsatchell and thank you for continuing the use of our customer community. Welcome back.

We noticed item 00011110972057 (linked to publication level 10011110681420) is missing an image and is failing to sync because of this with the Kroger API GLN. 

The other hierarchies are submitted correctly and awaiting for a Reivew. Once the item information is checked, you will either:

1. receive a Synchronized CIC, in which case the items can be submitted to GLN 0838016000116 - Certified Items for Kroger API for the IMF numbers to be generated for you

2. receive a Rejected CIC, in which case the attributes referenced in the message need to be corrected and the items Republished as New from Publications - Manage Publications, please.

Please advise back if there is a time frame for the review process to be completed as our Sales Team is anxious to receive IMF for the GTINs.

Hello , @ATsatchell, and welcome back!

We've checked the items you mentioned again and noticed 10011110681420 is still failing with an image-related error message for the EACH level.  Kindly review the image information provided. The Uniform Resource Identifier currently listed does not load an image (it seems to be a link for an image previously uploaded in DAM, then removed). If you do not have a valid link for the image, you can remove all information provided under the External Digital Assets section of the GTIN, then use the "Choose files to upload" button under the DAM|Ecomm header  to upload one Front facing image as primary.

The other items are published successfully and are in the processing queue. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific time frame. When received, a Synchronised or Reject CIC can be confirmed under the Sync Status report under REPORTS.
